Delete your Liquid account

What happens

• Your remaining balance is refunded to the card or cards you paid with. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days. The card fee isn't refunded. Goodwill credit from Liquid can't be refunded to a card and is removed.
• You're signed out everywhere and can't sign in again.
• Your name, date of birth, IP addresses, favorite spots, notification settings and devices are deleted.

What we keep

Records of deposits, orders, refunds and payouts for 7 years, as required by law, in a form that no longer identifies you by name.

When you can't delete yet

While an order is in progress, while a payment dispute is open, or while you're the only owner of a business on Liquid.
